Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Sakamoto Labs LLC ("HumanGrid", "we") for your use of humangrid.ai and related services. By creating an account or using HumanGrid you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use HumanGrid for an organization, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your sign-in secure and your account information accurate; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at hg-support [at] humangrid.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your content and contacts

You keep ownership of what you put into HumanGrid: your profile, notes, questions and the contacts you import ("your content"). You give us a limited license to host, process and display your content only to provide, secure and improve the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm you have the right to upload your content, including information about the people in your contacts, and that doing so does not break any law or agreement (for example, your employer's policies or a platform's terms).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or use invite links or endorsements to mislead people;
• upload contacts you obtained unlawfully, or use HumanGrid to harass, stalk, discriminate against or profile people;
• impersonate anyone, or post false endorsements;
• scrape, reverse engineer, overload or try to break the security of the service, or access other users' data;
• use HumanGrid to build a competing product or a dataset about people;
• break any law, including privacy, anti-spam and export laws.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. AI features

HumanGrid uses AI to summarize contacts, answer questions about your network and, when available, let agents evaluate possible connections. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, and information imported from other sources may be out of date (for example, a job title from an older LinkedIn export). Check important facts before relying on them. No introduction is made and no contact details are shared without the consent of the people involved.

6. Third-party services

Some features connect to other services, such as Google sign-in, Google Contacts import or a LinkedIn export you download. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for them.

7. Plans, trials and payment

Personal use is free. Paid plans apply to organizations and are described on our pricing page. A Pro trial lasts 14 days, needs no payment card, and is available once per organization and once per owner; when it ends the organization returns to the Free plan and nothing is deleted.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment provider, renew automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using HumanGrid at any time and ask us to delete your account at hg-privacy [at] humangrid.ai. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we must for legal reasons, and we may change or discontinue features; where reasonable we will give notice and a chance to export your data.

9. Disclaimers

HumanGrid is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any connection, introduction or outcome will result from using it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, HumanGrid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify HumanGrid against claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts, unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will post the new version with its effective date and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email before they apply. Continuing to use HumanGrid after that means you accept the new terms.
